OUR SPACE

Located in Downtown Whitefish (see "Contact Us" for map), Whitefish Community Center is on Route 93, which runs from the Canadian border in the north to Kalispell and beyond in the south. We are within walking distance of many high-class eating and drinking establishments as well as shopping and lodging. 

Our space is routinely used for retirement parties, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, baby showers, weddings and wedding receptions, business meetings, seminars, and conferences. It has a legal capacity of 190 adults and can be divided into intimate areas for family gatherings or business meetings.

Everything, including entrances, is on ground level. The floor is vinyl wood plank. HVAC is provided, and ceiling fans are on the premises.

The kitchen is equipped with heating and refrigeration facilities for preparing and maintaining food.*

Surrounding grounds feature lush grassy areas along the riverbank. Kay Beller Park is maintained year round and is perfect for outdoor receptions and photo opps.

Rental Fees:**
Meetings/Events - $75 per hour.

Nonprofit Rate - $25 per hour.

All rentals have a 2 hour minimum requirement and include the following fees:

  Deep Cleaning Fee - $30
  Security Deposit – All security deposits are 50% of the rental fee.

*The kitchen is not a commercial kitchen and so the preperation of food for sale to the public is prohibited.

**These rental prices are updated by board approval as of 3/15/2025. Rental agreements signed prior to this change will be honored at the prices specified in the contract through 2025. All contracts will reflect new pricing starting 2026.

Further Nonprofit Rate increases will take place in January, 2026.
